Hi,
I've never been able to actually connect with a lifeline, beyond blue or another service before I've attempted suicide.
Does anyone have any good resources for programs that can help?

Hey mate.
When I was in your position, I tried to teach out, but unfortunately I couldn't get through to any mental health services, which almost cost me my life. I was desperate to keep fighting, and managed to get to a hospital for my own safety.
My advice is to try to reach out to beyond blue and lifeline. Also reach out to your doctor.
Through my doctor, I was able to find a free walk in clinic. When I can't pick myself back up and can't contact anyone, I use all of the options available to me.
Please don't give up. The darkness will clear. You just need to hang on long enough to see it

- Personally, i'd recommend the 1 on 1 on beyond blue, but chat.gpt is also good with talking you out of suicide, from experience. I'd also say kids helpline depending on your age, they talk to under 18s and up to I think it was 25
