How do I get over an ex

I have an ex, she has bpd and bipolar and a few other disorders. But she decided one day just to get up and leave. She's gone back to her ex and slept with the guy she told me not to worry about. She let me know all of that. But I was so in love with her I ruined all of my friendships so now i''m stuck with no one and nothing left. I just feel like the easiest thing rn is just to end it. Because I genuinely dont think i can continue like this

I understand. I have bipolar too and my mother I believe (she was in denial) had BPD. My life with my mother was chaotic, and now she has passed on I have no drama. It isnt easy telling someone that is in love to cut them off and move on, love does that to you. I think in the future if and when you date others you'll realise how different they will be.

How to recover?

  • Involve yourself in an activity that you spend a lot of time on. For me it was buy land in the regional area and build my own house. I was so exhausted every day I didnt have time to think about her and my two young daughters.
  • Chase up those friends and make new ones, again using those activities, sports hobbies.
  • Therapy can work wonders.
  • Self praise

You only need to read the first post of each. They could be invaluable.
