Sleeping after dealing with normality

I’m sleeping after work at 4 pm till 7 am the next day, Monday to Friday. I’ve spent years fighting this (I’m 65) the older I get the harder it is to keep going.

Hi GailMaree,

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry that fatigue has been difficult for you. Is there anything happening at work that is making you tired. i.e. do you think you might be burnt out by the role? Regardless I've posted a tip sheet that I've used in the past to help with my sleeping pattern. May not apply to you but thought I'd post just in case anyone else can benefit.

HI GailMaree,

Aside to work, are you doing any activities that you really enjoy doing?

I wonder if a lack of enjoyment whether that be in the workplace or in your outer life may be contributing to your tiredness if there is no medical diagnosis being made eg lack of iron.
