I'm saying "No" to going out tonight coz I find it hard to say "No" to another drink when I'm out - sending a shout out to all you people staying home to look after yourself & family, and an even bigger shout out to all you out on the town - hope you have a safe, fun night and wake up tomorrow feeling happy & healthy. I think it is good to have a night in. I know what you mean by saying it can be hard saying 'no' to another round. I find if I am driving or not drinking it's a lot easier, but once I start it's not as easy. That's why I don't tend to drink that much. Plus I would rather use the calories for something like ice-cream or chocolate. haha
