Anyone felt like you stuck in life? Doubt yourself? Felt you are useless and worthless? Don’t know what to do? Where to go? Failing in relationships failing in career failing in self improvement? I’m scared of being lost?

Hi there,
Thank you for posting. we’re really glad you found the space to share this here. What you’ve described, that feeling of being stuck, doubting yourself, not knowing what direction to turn. Is something that many people in our community can relate to, even if it’s incredibly hard to talk about.
It can feel overwhelming when so many areas of life feel out of sync at once. But just by reaching out and putting words to it, you've taken a really important step and you’re not alone in this.
If you feel up to it, it might be helpful to talk to someone about how you’re feeling. The Beyond Blue Support Service is here for you anytime on 1300 22 4636, or you can chat online here: https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support. Sometimes just being heard, even briefly, can make things feel a little more manageable.
You deserve support, and you’re not as lost as you might feel right now. Please keep posting, we’re here and listening.
Kindly,
Sophie M

If you feel that I think you can write your thoughts and feelings
see how to improve
set goals
see therapist
see where you want to go
what you want to do
what is stopping you
what’s the best way to get to it
start actions and see how you are in 2 months
