Hey guys
Thank you all so much for all your support last time (4 & 3/4) days. This time I'm hoping I'm a bit better prepared.
I've got a list of things I can try when my pain feels too intense and I've registered with Quitline, which seems like a great site for anyone out there interested in attempting this with me.
I maybe crazy posting again for a while but hopefully this time I can at the very least go longer than last time.
Cheers, Amamas

Thanks for your support Jo!
Well, I made it through my morning coffee without it's accompanying smoke ok. Would quite like to smoke now though! I currently look like a cow chewing on it's cud with this great wad of PK chewy in my mouth. Anything is better than a ciggie - hey!
I don't know how the rest of Aussie is looking but it's a beautiful morning in Brissie!!!

Morning Amamas, good to hear ur doing well,it takes a lot of will power to do what ur doing,i"ve tried 4x but stress is what kills it everytime, going thru a seperation and a demanding ex does not help things.Hopefully when its done i too can get off these things.Keep up the good work,if u relapse, try again.

Thanks Mr Confused
For me what kills is it my emotional pain. I'm hoping this time I've got enough options in place. At this stage I'm aiming to beat my last record and to make to to 5 days. After that every day I'm a nonsmoker will be a MASSIVE bonus!!

Hi Amamas
We're back from our short little holiday ... not really a holiday, but getaway/catch up.
Anyway, just wanted to kick in with a big congrats to you on your first effort ... well done for being able to get to 4 3/4 days.
And I'm right behind you with this 2nd attempt. Great stuff and yes, as you've mentioned, keep yourself occupied through the tougher times of the day. I have strong faith in you.
Cheers
Neil

Thanks heaps Neil!
Welcome back! I hope you and your family had a lovely time.
I'm trying to sit in something painful at the moment, it's hard when I'm so used to lighting up to dull the pain.
Thanks again
Cheers Amamas
