One thing you did good today

On returning my shopping trolley today I was confronted with a lady and two small kids that looked less off than me I suppose. The lady fumbled for a coin and I said here by the kids an ice cream 🍦, She looked at me as if I where giving her a 100 , it was $2

BAM I felt so good 😊

Dear Kiaah~

Welcome here. Like Dory and many I'd like to get to know you too. Have you considered making a thread in the Carers section?

I will be eternally grateful to my two wives who have had the most difficult long term job of looking after their PTSD husband, something I'd not have wished on anyone.

Croix (no, not both at once 🙂

Yes she does, only diagnosed two weeks ago, am still paranoid about the injections and everything else.

Coffeebean, time with our children is so precious, such a lovely way to finish a stressful day.

Hi Dory,

I don't believe we've been formally introduced, but I'm an admirer of your work.☺

I spent most of the day in the backyard attempting to turn a jungle back into the garden it used to be. Made a small dent - lots of diversion sorting it out. It was a (fairly) productive day.
