One of those weeks..

Always seems to come out of nowhere right, how you can be coping amazingly and feeling great and then you wake up one morning and realise "aw great it's one of those days.."

Dear Edwina,

Yes.  Yes.  And Yes !    What a change between good & bad times.

I planned some serious composing today as everyone is out and I've got to stay inside with the 35 degree temps and Blue Mountain bushfires 2 hrs away.

But no !   My partner smashed her knee on the car park steps and is home needing help, my local building project is concreting today so we have 8 concrete mixers an hour trundling by and a close friend just passed away last night so there is a lot of family stuff to sort out, etc.   I couldn't have picked a worse day.  And the deadline is tomorrow !   The law of opposites gets us everytime.

Adios, David.

dear Edwinaawilson, firstly can I say to David Charles that I'm deeply sorry to hear about the passing of your close friend, and I hope that all of you will be OK, which is really a stupid way of saying that we grieve with you.

How true this analogy is 'it never rains it pours', and I'm sure many people would agree with this.

You know when we wake up after a good day and feel as though it's going to be a shit day, well this can happen even if we aren't depressed, the trouble is if we suffer from depression there is no way we can make the day any better, whereas other people who aren't suffering can pick themselves up and get on with their usual duties.

Their mind is not fixated on with negative thoughts, so they can talk their way out of it. Geoff.

Hello Edwina,

Yes, and as Real David said YES YES.  Happily for me I'm still above the line right now, although I had a crash a week ago.

I hope you're better now, your post was two and a half days ago so hopefully (hope fully) your next days were "great, one of THOSE days 🙂 "

Same for you David, and Mrs David.

Bless.
