Hi I have been on this site for three days. After spending 8 years in the darkness's feeling hopeless and lost. I have had a break thru the last two days have been so fulfilling laughter's no physical tremors or anxious moment. Plus no bad thoughts the only thing I change was to talk on this site and ask for help which came from every one I wrote to and from. You are all champion's thanks 1 and all I am now looking forward to life one day at a time

I hear you on the memories ENW. I miss those years....a lot

We had the horse and cart delivering milk when I was a kid here in vic. Mr Ed used to wake me up every morning at 4am.....clip clop...clip clop.......the Clydesdale used to keep slowly walking and some super fit guy used to sprint to every letterbox and put the 1 Pint bottles into their slots.....

If the Beyond Blue forums didnt have new posters or Evilnuts there would no forums or anyone...so thank you big time for not only being here but for the kind feedback too Wayne 🙂

Morning Paul had such a great sleep last night sleep been so long since had great sleep you know what am saying. Thanks for trip down memory lane my mind was racing with so Meany great belly laughing moments. Is great to be me l still have a long way to go I am taking control of my mind with my new beyond blue family its great to be here amongst the real champions all of us big hug for every body ((( ))) one from all if us.

Just wanted to drop by and say that I am so pleased that after such a long and exhausting personal battle you have finally experienced somewhat of a breakthrough. Thats fantastic and I am really happy for you.

I also want to thank you most sincerely for the lovely feedback that you have posted here on this new thread. Its always gratifying to get some positive feedback from members. We often only hear of the sad stories as people come on here when they are often at their lowest point. We dont always get to share the triumphs. Of which yours most definitely is.

So I thank you, and I hope you feel motivated to continue posting to the Forums, despite possibly not having quite the same need as you did when you first joined. Your personal experiences can benefit many others here as they continue their own battles against mental health issues.

And since the Forums have been of benefit to you already, its likely that the daily interaction and support with and from others here, will continue to benefit you over the long term as well.

Thanks Taurus for your kind word I feel humbled to be in such company here with all the proud people that help each other. There is no other place like this. The champions all of you should be so proud of what you do maybe one day I can become a champion to ???.

I use comedy as a way of communication with people it has worked most of my life. You know about my assault at 8 years of age I have ADHA and all the other MH challenges that come with is but never let them hold me back. After the assault I did turn to the dark side made really bad choices but how hasn't. I still turned out OK. I will agree with other peoples point as long as it is the same as me. Lol

My challenges made me, I don't call them problem's very negative comment challenges are ezy to overcome, problem call be possible. People also process a challenge as a small problem.

Sorry for waffling on, I think that if someone Doe's a good job let them know, if they do it incorrectly there is no bad job as they tried but were not up to your expectations then I just don't go back. On this site it take balls of pure steel to do what you do in orrrrrr of you.cheers from all of us bye. Evil Nut Wayne.

unfortunately my abuser died before I was able to face these issues head on, but not sure I would have the courage you've shown even if I had the opportunity.

So glad your experience here is so positive and your spreading the word is a great thing for the cause

Hi Stressless glad you came along, thank you very much for your praise. I think the person that assaulted me in no longer with us I didn't do it to get even as there is nothing that I could do to him that would get my child hood back. Yes it did lift the darkness since reporting to police that whole memory has started to fade from my history. For such a long time I have had out body experiences watching that day over and over. Flashback of name's of people I haven't seen for 40 years this has stopped my. Some of my physical symptoms have stopped as well.

Come here was the catalyst for my recovery I had all the tools just need some one to listen and advise me without judging me have had this all my life from my family. I was the black sheep in our family to protect myself I stopped talking to them big step but has helped me. The last 8 years have had no help when I was I'll 3 trip to m h hospital for self harm three month ago my ex wife came to my camper trailer at c/park and took me back to her please have been in full time care since then. I am so lucky. If you would like to chat about things I am around I have list of threads I have visited and check on these if you see me please say hello will man my day as I say a lot I love to hang with winners am so proud to know you.

Hi Paul hope you all good. Had a great weekend feeling good. I did have a bit of a melt down this morn but with the help and good wish's from here was able to overcome it now feeling fantastic.

Im really sorry that you arent doing well. Do you have anyone that you can call (a friend...a good GP?) to talk too?

It would be hard to have your carer being grumpy to you....are you helping around the house? I know you mentioned the dishes. Having no where to go would be an awful feeling Wayne not to mention what you said about trying to search for your kids...

Your posts here are just as important as anyone else's, including mine. I hope you can post back
