Hello and welcome i,
It’s wonderful you’ve reached out for support and expressed how you feel. Is there someone in your life you can also share your feelings with? I’m not sure if you’re still at school but you could try speaking with a school counsellor. Kids Helpline are a great option too and they support young people up to the age of 25. Sometimes we are carrying a heavy burden on our own but finding the right support can really help to ease that burden.
Can you identify some things in life you enjoy doing or remember times you have felt good or happy? Sometimes things get on top of us and feel overwhelming and it can be hard to remember the possibility of feeling good. We are listening here and care.
If you are feeling like not wanting to be here it is always ok to call Lifeline on 13 11 14 and just have a chat with them. I called them last night actually after a very difficult day. I have found just connecting with another human can be helpful. Kids Helpline could be helpful too as they are geared to supporting young people like yourself. Their number is 1800 551 1800. Their website has lots of helpful information too that might help you navigate how you are feeling.
Take care and we are here to talk if you want to chat further. You matter and you are of value and important.
