Hi Mel
A long overdue and excellent thread topic! I have just taken a screengrab of it...(to send to people I know that are suffering from mental illness and choose not to be a part of the forums)
I really hope that you/Nurse Jenn can have this thread 'pinned' for the benefit of all readers and members!
A seriously helpful thread topic
Nice1....Paul

Hi everyone,
There's a great new resource that I'd love to share with you - it's called Find a Helpline, and you can filter by what you are wanting to talk about and it shows you some options :
Hope this helps!
