Hi I am 70 years old and 4 years ago I was diagnosed with an aneurysm on my ascending aorta during a regular heart ultra sound check . The dilation measured 48mm (35mm is normal) and was confirmed by a CT scan a week later. I was told by the heart specialist that modern medicine had no cure, drugs or therapies for this codition only open heart surgery when the aneurysm reached 55mm. I was told that the dilation would continue to grow at around 1mm per year. The surgery apart from replacing the affected area of the aneurym with an artificial device I could also expect an artifical mechanical Tricuspid valve. 12 months ago after another CT scan the aneurysm had grown to 50.1 and I was getting depressed. I decided then and there I was not going to just sit around without doing nothing so I scoured the internet for any natural healing medicines that might slow or stop the growth. I looked for any medicines, Herbs or vitamines that might help support my cardiovascular system. I eventually found around 12 such products and settled on 8 with some minor changes to my diet . I had a new CT scan last week after 12 months on my new programe and to everybodies shock to Aneurysm had reversed itself and was now back to near normal levels of 38mm . The doctors had never seen this happen and it goes to show you that there is always hope especially if you are prepared to look outside the square

Hello Dear 2889123,
A very warm and caring welcome to our forums…
I am so pleased that your cardiovascular has been reversed…your post is an inspiring one..so true we need to keep hold of our hope and never let it go…
I really do hope dear 2889123, that your health continues to go from strength to strength…Thank you for such an inspiring post…you are awesome..
I’m wondering if before you talked to your Dr. before taking herbs, vitamins etc?…I am only asking because I have meds for heart disease, anxiety and cholesterol…and taking different herbs can interfere with my meds…So I’m just putting this in here, to let people reading here, that before you start on any kind of herb/vitamin etc..if your on any type of medication…please check with your Dr first…..it’s most important to do so…
My kindest thoughts and care Dear 2889123,
Grandy..

Hi Ggrand - I am glad you liked my story and in reply to your question I can tell you this - Even though I had a heart attack 5 years ago with the implant of two stents and have another 50% blockage I am not or ever have been on any prescribed medication - I have naturally low cholesterol levels of 3.7 with bad cholesterol of 1.1 so there was no need for statins - My GP wanted me to go onto a blood pressure tablet that my heart specialist said would be a waste of time and my Heart guy wanted me to go on aspirin as a blood thinner for the rest of my life - and all the reports you get today say that aspirin is dangerous for older people because of the risk of bleeding - so I was not happy with all the confusion in the ranks and at about the same time I saw this woman speak - she was over 100 y.o. and she said as part of her address that it was ok to have a bit of high blood pressure as long as you had Slippery blood and she said that the only way to get slippery blood was to take Fish Oil - I decided then and there that I would follow this old womans advice and I have been on a high strength wild fish oil together with a aged garlic extract for the last five years - I decided after two years to have another Angiogram to check and see if the old lady was right - straight after the angiogram my Heart doctor said everything looked really good especially the stents and the other 50% blockage had not progressed any further - and this doctor never gives compliments - It will be 6 years come August that I had my heart attack and stents - I have already passed the Medical professions long term survival rate of 5 years - I hope this helps you - My Last CT scan also revealed some severe blockages other than the 50% block so I am now on another program for the next 12 months to clear my arteries of all built up plaque and calcium - I will let you know how I go !

I am so sorry if I upset you at all…that wasn’t my intention at all….my bad…
I was just suggesting that people on special meds for Depression, anxiety, heart disease, or any other illness, to please check with their Dr. first just in case a reaction with meds and herbs, vitamins ect…does occur for them…
I am really happy that your cured of your Aneurysm….and wish you the very best health now and for years to come…
Kind thoughts, and once again I’m sorry if I hurt you in anyway..

Dear Grandy - please do not think for a moment that your initial response to my post in any way offended me - quite the opposite - everything you said is true and I only wished to tell you my story and what can happen when you think outside the square - kindest regards greg

Thanks OMD - I have never been a person who is keen on drugs with all their 101 side effects and if there is a natural alternative then I am going to try that first - thanks for your support !
