I can understand your lonliness and disappointment with the shameful behaviour of your baby's father. I know you must be hurting and I'm sorry that things are not the way you want them to be.

Have you spoken with your doctor about how you are feeling? It might pay to have a chat and perhaps seek information about local support services and groups. It might be really helpful to meet other women in similiar circumstances.
