it is very scary when you first try to reach out, but you found yourself here & that’s the first step.
i don’t have any experience with what you have been through, but I am sure some of the Beyond Blue counsellors can provide you with some info on who to speak to.
This website though is really good to share with others what you are going through. Some have had similar experiences, some very different challenges but their stories of progress is still inspiring.
Just have a read through the posts here, when you feel comfortable & ready you can take the next step in your journey.
