My boyfriend broke up with me. Logically it was the right choice but I’m so heartbroken on the reason - it’s because I’m too broken. Not that those are the words he chose, he said it’s because I hate men. I don’t hate them, I just can’t trust because of all the bad things that have happened. It just feels like it will never get better and that nobody will ever really see me.
I have nobody to talk to. It wasn’t a surprise but it has really hit me hard for some reason. I keep crying, which is weird for me because I’m usually detached. I never really gave myself over to the situation because I knew I would never be good enough for him. I’m just hurt.
CPTSD is great, my ex-husband is the gift that keeps on giving. There really feels like no way out of this so what’s the point, I ruin everything I touch.

I so feel you, i'm not in the same boat as far as a relationship, but it's me that wants to leave my wife to protect her, i'm not violent just she went through alot helping me when i was unable to do anything for myself and she is still carrying the load.
I also have body disphoria issues but thats another story
I've had an awfull past 2 years, worst i can remember, and it's left me with crippling PTSD. chronic pain from 3 shoulder surgeries and spinal compression.
I feel completely useless now, the opposite of where i was, i use to be able to just laugh it off and plug on but now i'm crippled within myself. IT sucks for both of us, i don't want to feel like this but my head keeps dragging me back. Do you have a Medicare Mental Health Centre nearby? they offer walk in services no referal needed you can talk to someone, or any of the phone services.
Sondar is a great place, if you have one in your area, they cover several areas of mental health and dissability assistance.
