We’re sorry that you've been going through all of this in such a short period of time. Sounds like you're going through a difficult time with your partner. We’re glad you could share this here, as our lovely community will have kindness, advice and understanding for you.
It sounds like you could do with talking things through, so please don’t hesitate to give the lovely Beyond Blue counsellors a call on 1300 22 4636 or speak to them on webchat here. You could also speak to Relationships Australia on 1300 364 277. They also have some great advice on their pages, such as this one on communication in relationships.
Thanks again for sharing here. We’re sure you’ll hear from some other community members soon.
Kind regards,
Sophie M

Hi Guest_62387198
It is sad to hear your going through what your going through but your not alone and you have taken a great step posting here. I too have lost special people to suicide and know the feelings this brings. I have been getting better through posting here, I have seen a counsellor and made efforts to do things that help connect with people like volunteering. I have unfortunately been feeling a bit worse the last couple of weeks, the passing of a volunteer I work with has triggered emotions I thought I had under control as well as a number of small things that have built up to make me feel overwhelmed. I have organised to see a counsellor again and focusing on taking care of myself.
I wish there was a simple answer I can offer but at the moment I think it’s a great thing to have posted here and encourage you to keep posting as well as using the Beyond Blue counsellors.
I wish you the best and hope you can stay strong.
Rusty

Hi there,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss you're going through today. I know it is weighing on you and is a lot on your plate to process through. It's totally ok to just take things slow and just grieve. I'm not sure what exactly is going on in your relationship, but if you wanted to give us some more insight, we would be here to listen. Communication is always important and so I hope that whatever may be going on, that you and your partner will be able to speak about it openly.
You are welcome to chat anytime on here and we'll listen. Wishing you peace in this tough time.
