I am sorry you have lost your nan, who you obviously loved very much.
These are the early days when you may feel so lost & alone, & barely comprehend she is gone.
If there are people around you who knew yur nan, this is a good time to be together with them, so you can support each other. You could also share memories of her.
If you don't have anyone like that, you are more than welcome to share memories & what you loved about her with us.
If you would rather, you might prefer to set aside a little time each day to think of her, focusing on the good times, on those memories you will treasure.
It's never easy to lose someone you love so much. Take care of yourself, being gentle with yourself. Do your best to eat, sleep & maybe, spend some time outdoors, in a park or some other peaceful & calm place.
