Hi - first and foremost allow me to applaud you for taking the courage to make this post - it's never easy to reach out for help. In terms of advice - have you tried speaking to your GP about it as of yet? Or perhaps your school counsellor?

Hi there,
A friendly welcome to the forums, I'm so glad that you found us!
It takes a lot of effort to reach out for help, so I hope you are proud of yourself for doing so. Yes, I agree with audiology in speaking to your school counsellor and/or your GP to receive some professional support. Also, I know you mentioned speaking to your friends, but have you spoken to your parents/carers about this too? I would recommend sitting them down and telling them how you are feeling and how it's impacted your life.
You mentioned that you've tried everything. May I gently ask, what exactly have you tried before?
Something that has helped me over the last few years is gratitude. Naming a few things I am grateful for everyday has really changed my perspective and helped me to realise I have so much to live for and be thankful for. Perhaps you could try that too and see how you go.
You're not alone, we're here when you want to chat next. Just reply anytime. Take care of yourself today 💙
