Suffering in silence

Hey, I have been suffering extremely hard with my depression and anxiety I live with my parents as I haven't been able to manage my life! I also have an addicted that is taking over my life! It's the thing stopping me from taking the easy way out. I've been to rehab, acute mental health care, psychologist and multiple doctors. I separated from my ex partner of 18 years and 3 children.  I miss them dearly and it hurts me and them
