Stress anxiety and depression

Does anyone else get chest pains that you think is a heart attack waiting to happen? And do you guys also get fatigued?

I used to...  I would get them first thing in the morning when starting work. When I spoke with one of my doctors about it, they said it sounded like an anxiety attack.  

When does it happen for you?
