There’s a pit in my stomach while I’m sitting here staring outside my window because it’s the only thing that will stop me from crying. I feel so alone and sad and can’t help but think when will this go away. I have felt this way before, it lasted for 4 months. I do not want to wait for 4 months to come because those months were the hardest months of my life. I am depressed and alone with no support from family and my friends are to busy living their own lives with their relationships and lives. My boyfriend is in the army which is hard. I’m struggling with everything.

Hi Coco18-8,
I am sorry you are experiencing this, that must be stressful for you. I know it feels impossible to get out right now, but you will find a way out one day. You will get there. Having your boyfriend in the army would be difficult as well - is there a way to contact him via phone or message?
Have you ever spoken to your doctor or mental health professional about this? That would be a great place to start for help, you can learn strategies to feel better soon and prevent this from happening again in the future I would recommend it - there is no shame in getting help. Do you have any family you could reach out and talk to?
I really hope things improve soon, please hang in there,
Jaz xx
