Hello Katrina85,

Thank you so much for sharing your story with our community. We can't imagine how overwhelming this all must feel for you. I want to validate how understandable your sadness is around not having yet had children, it sounds like this would mean the world to you. Feeling supported by your doctors throughout your journey is so important too. I get the sense that community and similar stories would be very valuable for you right now, so I want to share the Menopause Alliance and their work: Community - Menopause Alliance Australia
They have a lot of information and further resources you can explore for support. 😊

You could also have a look at our recent webinar on Menopause, which discusses some of the things you may be experiencing: The Menopause 'Mind field'

I know this is a really hard time for you and I hope our community will be able to offer their lived experience and advice, so you can feel as supported as possible right now. Until then, here are some other threads you may find useful:
You may also call us at any point to talk in more depth, we are here 24/7: Talk to a counsellor - Beyond Blue - Beyond Blue

Warm regards,
Sophie M. 💙
