Overwhelmed rn

So much happening in the past 5 weeks and I feel like multiple times I'm at my breaking point, so many things going on idk where to start and having an INFJ Personality is not making this easier as i am finding it either hard to express to people how i am feeling and when i can no one except one person can even begin to understand how im feeling or what im talking about. already Talked to Consoler a few times last few weeks and i have tried to follow "strategies" of dealing with all this Depression and stress but nothing is working for me.

If you feel comfortable, please tell us more about what’s been happening and how you've been feeling these past few weeks. Please know that you've come to a safe space and our wonderful community is here to offer as much support and advice as you need.

We would urge that you get in touch with Kids Helpline whenever you're feeling overwhelmed. It might help to chat with a Kids Helpline counsellors who can be contacted 24/7 by via telephone and also via webchat if you go through the website provided.

Headspace is another organisation we would recommend, they are specifically for young people aged 12-25 and they offer a wide range of services including counselling and group programs. They also have a group chat on their webpage.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having such a difficult time over these past 5 weeks. It sounds like you’ve been dealing with depression and stress, and despite your efforts, the counselling and strategies you’ve tried have not helped in making you feel better. I can imagine that it’d be even harder and more overwhelming when you can’t truly express your pain to others, or have them understand your situation. Please know that you do not have to do this alone- this is a safe and supportive space and we are here to listen and help you.
