Hello Dean_TSO, thanks for joining the forums and when you are placed in a situation as you have described, we become too weak as 'Depression and desperation' slowly gains momentum and unless you have support areas and medical help you're unsure what to do and it's not your fault.
There is light at the end of this tunnel but we have to be able to grab the rope when we're at the bottom of the pit, sometimes we feel it's too short and don't have the energy to jump or perhaps it's covered in slime and we can't get a firm grip, but it doesn't stop us from beginning the help we desperately need.
We appreciate you coming to this site, so people can relay their own story to help you.
Best wishes.
Geoff.
