No other way to update earlier post

I should prob note, even though the thought has crossed my mind - I have no actual plans in place and don't intend to hurt myself. I just noted it to highlight how bad I've been feeling. I just want anyone to point me in a direction of help seeing as though the GPs have turned me away twice now after requesting an updated mental health plan and I'm not getting better with time.

I had submitted a post in the depression forum a little earlier but it was with moderators and was edited before appearing. I'm not sure if I can link the two but my main post is up now. Hoping for suggestions on where to go for help really soon.

It's not necessarily that they don't care, they are limited in how much they can do.

My advice would be to get a mental health plan and see a psychologist someone who can really target your problems
