Hi Northern,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post.
Unfortunately - some states are being very vigilant about people being out for non-essential reasons (i.e. fining a guy for eating a kebab on the beach) so personally I would be very wary.
What is acceptable/allowed all over the country though is exercise - so that means it's okay to go for a walk. While going for a walk we are still encouraged to practice social distancing where possible.
Perhaps you might be able to look at things like audiobooks as a way to adapt? As mindfulness is important to you, maybe you could look at doing some mindful walking?

Hi Northern and everyone ☺
Welcome to the bb forums. You've landed at a very good place, lovely people.
Yes as Romantic hi ☺ mentioned excercise is ok.
I needed to sit a few times walking the other day due to physical health which I can't imagine would be an issue and we socially distanced which the majority of people are.
To my knowledge if it's still same different states here have similar but slightly different rules in place.
I haven't read it yet but a local paper has a page of do's/don't's or on the internet... ?.gov site.. if you're up to you'd be able to get accurate info. If I see or hear the url I'll get back to you. Also a google search could help but I think here you'll be able to get answers as you've seen ☺ and I have no doubt other threads here might have helpful posts
Good job doing your excercise and mindfulness. Both great tools for our mh.
If you're interested in reading/posting there's a good thread on mindfulness. I'm going to post in it and I'll return with the link that atm if you copy/paste into your address bar or search button here top R) for mindfulness.
It's a good tool for keeping us in the present moment isn't it. Hope you which I'm guessing you do get good benefits out of.
Best to you and everyone ☺
So the walks ok and we found it good cause we live in a friendly cruisy place where people smile and say hi which was lovely it's for that amongst many goods about being outside quite enjoyable.
