Sorry to hear that you are struggling so much right now and that you are starting to lose all hope in yourself. Sometimes it can be hard to be happy and hold on to that hope.
We would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 1pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport One of our friendly counsellors will be able to talk through these feelings with you and can offer support, advice and referrals.
You are not alone and we are here to support you.

Hello Jessa_
I'm so sorry to hear you are losing hope and have so much going on right now. It sounds really tough to keep going when things feel like they're just falling apart.
As Sophie_M mentioned, it might be helpful to speak to one of the support lines - they can gently guide you through a lot of these overwhelming thoughts, so you can take control of your life again.
Otherwise, we are here as well for you on these forums. I'd love to hear from you again when you are up to it. It'd be nice to hear how you are doing and whether you have any friends, family or doctors to support you right now.
James

Hello Jessa_
Thanks for replying to me. I understand the feeling of going around in circles, and also pushing away friends and family. As mocha delight said, there are many of us here who have felt similarly so I hope you do not feel alone in that way.
So it's great to see you post here at a time when you feel like pushing people away, and I hope you feel welcome among us. I do not want to pry and ask too much at a time when you want to be alone and feel like you're going around in circles. But if you'd like to talk to us about anything, we are here for you.
The fact that you've come here at all gives me confidence that you are capable of happiness and getting better, and I remain hopeful that you'll find a way.
Perhaps it can help to have a look at other people's threads and see if there are any you relate to. I think your experiences could also help many others as well, and give you a chance to see your own value to the people around you.
James

i feel the same as you every day, lately especially. although i don't have a job, never have, or a relationship, never had that either.
i relate to mocha delight too, since they said they also feel the same. idk how to carry on either.
