Ive had major depression twice in 20yrs and can feel it slowly but gradualy creeping up to 3rd. Im not doing it again simple as that. Earth is definitely hell. You cant even rest in sleep dreams are so stressful.

Hi Www, thank goodness for your chemist, they have done this to me once or twice, so I know how you feel.

I also have OCD and depression and take a tablet that is meant to help with both, eventually, they helped with my depression and whether or not they have done the same for my OCD, I honestly can't answer that, because I still do habits/rituals but nobody sees what I do as I hide it all, so no one can make any judgement.

I've been taking this for a long time, on the max dosage and take a heap of other medication, so I need a Coles trolley (lol) to pick them up.

Thankyou all for your positive words and fantastic tips. I found out today ive been put on a waiting list for the care cordination team therapy which ill be honest im secretly terrified about due to past experience it was good but then went bad. I have to make a decision whether to go ahead with it as to whether it realy is the best thing for my situation. My doggo was my assistance dog last time i went but hes retired due to joint issues and im terrified going alone. Thegordianknight sorry to dissapoint but not a gamer. I realised my user name sounds like a gamer name😁. I use that name cause i always called myself a black sheep but i see myself as an arctic wolf in spirit and thought no more black sheep, my family's the black sheep not me🐾🐾

Hi Www, the trouble with what we can do is agree to go weeks or even months in advance, but as the time creeps forward that's when we start to opt out from going.
