Why is it so hard for me to get help? I always think to myself ' tomorrow the day' but then when I work up the nerve to do it, I chicken out. I really don't understand. I am just so tired of it.

Purple,
A lot of us do it. I know I do. I put off making all sorts of decisions. I put off getting help for years. When i finally did it was the best thing I ever did. What you have to realize is that the people we go to to seek help from are normal people just like you and me. They wont judge or tell you off. There is nothing really to be scared of. They are probably going to tell you that you have a problem but you already know that or you would not be thinking about getting help. When you do manage to pluck up the courage, you will wonder what all the fuss was about. Go get the help. Trust me when I tell you, You will be glad that you did 🙂
