Hello Dejana,
Yes, I concur. Feeling everything, beyond what what one would wish to can be overwhelming. Learning to draw lines and saying no before the overburden buries us is a skill that comes to late.
There are a lot of good people here and through services like lifeline that you can talk to about what is happening around and to you. Do this for yourself, no guilt, no shame, looking after you is essential.
Regards,
Helarctus

I am deeply sorry that you’re feeling this way....

Dear Dejena
I hope you are ok at the moment. It is indeed very hard to care about anything when your in a situation that is highly stressful or if you have traumatic experiences in your past. I understand what your going through. I stopped caring (about myself at least) when I repeated year 11 and lost all my friends who went up to year 12. That was in 1986. Since then I have struggled to care about anything. Though when I had the responsibility of co-raising children I was somewhat distracted. Now unemployed and an empty-nester.
My best advice is to try and keep busy keep yourself from ruminating too much.
Good luck and hope to see a reply soon.
Warm Regards
Grizzel

Dear Grizzel,
You are going to make me cry. I haven't been in English class for 2 months and this term I was away for 24 days. Last term I was only away for 2 days. I am in year 11. I feel like I will repeat year 11 and lose all my friends.
I have had chest pains this whole day.
i have not told my friends that I haven't been to English class.
I feel bad for you.I'm sorry you are unemployed.
Adults tell me to enjoy life and don't think school is stressful because being a adult is harder. I feel bad about feeling bad.
