Hi Lmwatt

I understand what you're saying about crying.  That happens to me quite a bit.  I think you should go and see your GP and just talk to him/her.  Is there someone close to you that you can talk to (parents, friends, partner).

Are you on any medication for your depression?  Talking about how you feel helps you release all the emotions that comes with depression.

 Take care

Hi Lmwatt

I agree with what Jo wrote ... speaking with someone close who you feel comfortable with is a good start, but after that, you should definitely get along to your GP and take on a Mental Health Plan, which (from my experience) should get you to some appointments with a pyschologist.

But yeah, crying all the time is not a good thing; and it does sound like depression.  I wish I could cry ... I feel sad almost all the time, but am unable to cry.  I want to cry, but the tears won't come.

Take care and let us know how you go,

Neil
