I can't seem to figure out how to shake this feeling. I'm usually down most of the time and when people continue there day not paying attention it makes it worse even though I'm glad they are happy it saddens me and makes me feel neglected and I cry for hours about this

hello, it's always sad when this happens, even though you say that you're glad they are happy, but you are just being kind, because deep down you wonder why you can't be included.
I'd like to know where these people are at school, work, or perhaps they maybe family, so please I hope that you can trust us to helpyou, so that we can get you over this situation. Geoff.

Dear Littlevegannurse~
Hello, like Geoff I'd like to talk with you and find out more. What comes across straight away is you unhappiness and also your sense of isolation.
Being ignored, neglected and cut off is a horrible way to be, and being always down and crying for so long is an exhausting miserable state to be in.
You started the first move towards people who have in all likelihood faced the same things as you, who will understand and will want to help.
As Geoff said 'Trust us to help you' and say a little more about yourself, what you do, if you have family, things like that.
You are not alone in here
