Hi Happyriding
We appreciate you sharing your story and hope that you get a lot out of exploring the forum. You mentioned you were looking for less expensive alternatives to seeing a psychologist- the Beyond Blue services could be a great way to get the help you need, or they can direct you to a service that would suit you/your budget. The Beyond Blue Support Service provides advice and support via telephone 24/7 (just call 1300 22 4636), daily web chat (between 3pm–12am) and email (with a response provided within 24 hours).
You can also use this thread to continue to have a chat, as you say, and people can share their insights with you. What prompted you to reach out? What are you hoping to get out of the forums?
