Hi,
I’m 27 and have been dealing with cross dressing and desires to live as a woman since I was in year 10 (since I was 16).
never been in a heterosexual relationship with a woman but I want to live my life as a woman and be with a man or a woman. I have been depressed since 2014 and had various diagnosis.
i recall once wearing a pair of pink/purple male shorts when I came into work and the trainee store manager commented something like I was beyond my manhood.
in recent years I have been dressing as feminine as possible on some occasions and I really love it and am pretty sure I’d be happier having female body characteristics.
at the same time some people told me I ‘you are wise beyond your years’ as they commented on my mature attitude towards politics haha.
What do you think?

Hi Selim,
Welcome to the forums. It is great that you have felt able to reach out. From what you have described, it would probably be most helpful for you to contact QLife if you have not done so already. Their website is https://www.qlife.org.au/, they have great resources as well as both a webchat and support phone line on 1800 184 527 (3pm-midnight). They will be well-suited I think to help you process and discuss what you are feeling and what might be best moving forward.
You are obviously more than welcome to post on this thread, but you may also find it helpful to read through some of the posts on this forum: https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/online-forums/sexuality-and-gender-identity
Please do not hesitate to reach out for support if and when you feel up to it, we are here for you.
