All I want to do is cry and cry and cry. I’m not happy with my life, don’t get me wrong I love my kids so much but I’m not seeing a point in being alive.. shouldn’t your kids give you hope and strength.
I’m at the lowest point in my life and I feel so nonexistent.
I feel like nothing is EVER going to get better. I’ve fought this as hard as I can but I’m tired.

Hello Sophie S
Welcome and I am so very proud of you that at this time when you are feeling no hope and are so very tired that you have found the strength to reach out to us here, we are here for you, to comfort you at this time and to give you some support, to let you know that you are so very important and your babies love and need their mother.
Yes, it is true to some degree that children bring you joy, happiness and a love like no other, provide you with hope and strength, BUT..parenting is hard, damn hard and it doesn't come with a book, let alone a book that when you are feeling so very bad how to not only help yourself but continue to parent and make everything bubbly and shiny for your children.
Feeling so tired and so over it, so sad and like you are at the bottom of the well is horrific and I hope that you can find some support here in this wonderful community. I am also wondering if you have thought about reaching out to your GP to have a chat and to get some extra support? Also, I want you to stay safe so if you are not feeling safe please call an ambulance 000, please let them help you, you are worth it and you matter so very much, so very much.
You have fought hard and you are winning this battle, can I suggest to you that things will get better, things don't and will not always have to be this bad and this is a moment in your life and should not cost you your life. I have learnt that here, that people who are hurting so badly can go on to live very happy and productive lives, with help and with support.
Do you have some things that you can do for you? Something that makes you feel good, and I also understand that at this time when we do have physical limitations on seeing people and being with our loved ones, friends and just the community in general it does make doing some of these things so very hard. However we still have to find joy in our everyday, I have just started painting, while I am not particularly good at it, it brings me joy and it takes my mind of the daily grind, you may even be able to get your kids involved too.
I am so very sorry you are feeling this way and I hope to chat to you some more, you matter so much.
Hugs to you Sophie S
