Despite knowing the good intentions those around me have, I always feel alone and empty at the end of the day. Sometimes I feel jealous and spiteful of those who are loved and love others. It doesn't feel like I have that ability, that right. People stray away from me all the time, I lose people and I gain them. But I'm never happy with anything I have and I don't know what to do by this point.
My sadness goes beyond words and I've felt this way for as long as I can remember.
What should I do?

Hi and welcome to BB
First is go see your GP and talk to them about what your feeling and thinking.
2nd please don't bottle anything up inside. We are all here for you now in the BB community.
I remember weeks of feeling sad for no apparent reason. Once I finally got to my GP and started getting help it made a world of difference to both myself and to how the people in my life viewed me on a daily basis

Hi TeaPlease.
Have you seen a GP or psychologist regarding your recent moods? I feel like friends can be helpful for my GAD and depression however it is not enough for me to actually feel ok with the world and myself. I found me and my GP decided I needed to go on medication (note this may not be appropriate for you so please take gp advice over other forum users and their experiences). I also require seeing a psychologist every 4-8 weeks to help me stay in check. If you haven't gone down this route i suggest giving it a go
I just want to let you know when i was at my worst I couldn't see it getting better, but I held in there. And I can tell you after coming out the other side that it is true and it does get better. i still have some bad days however it is nothing compared to myself at my worst. Trust me this will happen to you to
Stay strong
