I got kicked out of an event on the weekend and I got very mad. I was also very drunk. I do binge drink excessively but I have never experience anything like this. I started making up stuff to the police officers and told them bad depressing stuff then walked around extremely upset and angry. I don’t think I can say it on here.
How does binge drinking affect you guys? There has to be some underlying issues I need to work on.
Sunday morning is also extremely stressful for me. Feeling bad and anxious as the alcohol works it’s way out my system.
Has anyone gone through anything similiar?

Hello Jade smith, thanks for being so courageous to post this thread and I'm sure this affects many people, cause it has for me in the past.
Sometimes it just comes back to the worry of what we might have said or done to our friend if there was an argument or maybe with someone else, and the definition of being a binge drinker or an alcoholic differs from person to person and treated like what the other defines it, so what I say will be contradicted by another person, now I won't make one.
Any underlying issues are most certainly going to be raised, and that's where any disagreement may surface when binge drinking occurs and can be extrapolated on.
Whatever the event was, you have an opinion, whether or not others agree is their choice, but please be careful of 'how extremely upset and angry' you show your feelings, because when this happens will only penalise you more than it would otherwise.
Ifyou'd liketo talk about drinking, please get back to us as there is much more to talk about.
Best wishes.
Geoff.
