I'm watching Downtown Abbey

I think I'm up to episode 6 or 7 on Dead To Me. It's not bad, I don't feel compelled to rush and watch the next episode though.

I watched 2 more episodes of Sweet Magnolias last night, it seems to be getting somewhat better but maybe that's because I know more of the characters - I think that's one of the problems with it, the cast is too big. Maybe I need something with more action in it lol.

Is Blood Line getting any better? How far into it are you?

I think I feel the same about Bloodline... I'm at episode 6 or so. It feels a bit drawn out, the episodes are very long and only some parts really capture my attention. I still find it kind of enjoyable, though.
Sweet Magnolias sounds very hectic.... lots of new characters and concepts...I think Bloodline is kind of the same.

I'm not sure if Dead to Me gets better, some episodes were more entertaining than others. I think I got quite into the story after a bit and somewhat related to Judy being kinda homeless and living with a friend (been there!) How did Sweet Magnolias go? More new characters?? Do you recommend Hanna?

Yes Sweet Magnolias had new characters again, seems they pop up every episode! It is getting a bit better though or maybe I'm getting used to it.

I really liked Hanna, it hooked me right from episode 1. It was easy to watch and there was always something happening, a bit unrealistic at times but not too over the top. The only problem is that I have finished them all!!

Dead To Me, I'm up to the part where the girl turns up with the light from Ted's car..... it isn't too bad because the episodes are only 1/2 hour so if you don't have much time, they don't go for ages lol.

Shandy! The little serious girl in Dead to Me. She and her Mum are funny. I think the season has some good moments, I got pretty sucked in by it and wanting to know what happens next....

BloodLine has got a bit better, I'm somewhat interested in the characters. There are just so many of them. It's like 4 adult siblings in their 40s and then their partners and friends, and there are always about 5 or 6 stories going on at once. I can't fully care too much about any of them, and they don't seem to always intersect so clearly. It's definitely an average show but I need something to watch in the background. So I guess for that it's perfect!

There are two seasons out of Hanna and they are currently making series 3. There are 8 episodes per series, so short I guess. They go for about 50mins per episode and I watched all 16 in a week lol.

When I get to the end of Dead To Me (I didn't check how many episodes there are but I think I have watched 9 so far), I think I will have a look at Bloodline and see what it's like. Will keep you posted 🙂

Do you think you'll watch season 2 of Dead to Me?
I can't remember it so well but I think it was good

My favourite is the policeman that Judy dates who is actually a very minor character!

Oh that's Nick! The last episode I watched was when he saw Judy's artwork in the shop window... Now it's getting more interesting.

I guess I will probably watch series 2, assuming series 1 is going to end with a cliffhanger! I'll let you know when I finish this lot, there may be 10 or 12 in a series, I could finish it tonight lol 🙂

I forgot his name - I was kinda hoping they'd remain a couple. I didn't know Hanna had two seasons sounds really cool maybe I'll watch it sometime!

Bloodline is becoming a little depressing, I have no idea what they are trying to achieve with this show. It is completely humourless. I have laughed once in 10 eps!

Virgin River (on Netflix) has some good reviews Sleepy. Have you watched that? Apparently season 2 is coming out soon.

have been reading about it and people seem to like it! It must have slipped under my radar entirely. I should be watching smething with a bit more romance or positivity after all the grit and gloom!! Will you watch it?!

Hopefully it gets a bit more interesting, Nick is cute and I like the head of the police also, all the secondary characters are sweet
