The BB cafe is open for business!
Welcome all to a new chill and chat place for everyone on the forum.
The BB cafe is whatever you want it to be. There are comfy sofas, tables and chairs, coffee machines, a kitchen stocked with everything. There's a pool outside, a bbq area, an annexe with comfy beds for a quiet sleep, tv, dvd, books and whatever else you would like to have here.
Most of all, it's a place to meet friends and fellow travellers for a bit of company. Talk over problems, tell jokes, share your day, escape into a world of your making. Grab a coffee and pull up a chair ...
So, with a nod to the wonderful Carole King (Hard Rock Cafe) ...
Now if you're feeling just a little bit lonely
Don't sit at home just mopin'
Come on down to where the friendship flows freely
You know the door is always open
At the BB cafe
Come to the BB cafe
They will help keep your blues at bay
At the BB cafe

Hey Wally...welcome to the forums...its always good to have a laugh!
If you want a spelling contest....no worries at all!.....'Loosers isnt a word....Losers is though 😉
I think footy (AFL) is over rated as a sport. Its so boring to hear the news on the Monday that someone has torn a hamstring....
Give me the V8 Supercars anytime.....less hype
Hey everyone :-).....sooo cold.......brrrr

Paul - Torn hamstring, blown or shredded tyre ... whats the difference? (-:
CMF - I'm with you, I too am looking forward to Wimbledon starting tomorrow. Oops .. make that today. Its just ticked over midnight.
Jackson - Have a great day tomorrow. Looking forward to hearing about it. Well done with your win today. On TV? Good for you.
Kanga - you cheeky devil. Since its just turned midnight, I hope you are all tucked up warm and snug in bed with the new toy of yours.
I've had a frustrating night. Power blackout here at 8.30pm, right in the middle of The Voice finals. Did anybody watch, and if so, who won? Power came back on again about 11pm thankfully.
Okay everyone, sleep well, and catch you later.

Hey Taurus
A torn hamstring shouldnt make the news....Its just a game...I lost interest when the media started calling AFL players hero's.
A blown tyre on Craig Lowndes Vortex Holden in a Championship round will never make the news
Just saying that AFL is okay but mega over rated...just my take on it...:-)
Woof!

Totally understand Paul, each to their own. I am biased I guess, as I love all sport. Just not really into motor sport so much. Lost my interest in that when someone threw a rock onto the road and ruined Dick Johnson's chances in the Hardie Ferodo 1000. Yep it was a while ago! And I hate the noise and the smell of burning rubber and fuel. Urgh. (-:
But many people have hero's in the sporting world, as I do myself. Olympians, cricketers, and yeah even AFL.
Buddy Franklin (Sydney Swans of course) is one I would consider a modern day hero. A wonderful athlete, fantastic player, a credit to his aboriginal heritage, and a champion of mental health. You may recall he left the game last year for a time to sort out his own mental health issues. Brought mental health right back into the public sphere. And now he's back better than ever. Good on you Buddy!
Thats my spiel for the day. Morning everyone.
Early start for you at work today in your new role Jackson - Best of luck.
Taurus xx

Kanga, It is cold!
Taurus, Judah won The Voice.
Jackson, if you have the support of your staff then you're already winning.
Paul, I agree, wouldn't call them heroes.
Have a good day my friends.
