Welcome to the Forum, I'm afraid I'm going to be a disappointment to you as I'm not in my 20s or 30s and not a lady either. I'm typical as I'm one of the very may here who have metal health issues and am happy to try to assist  or steer you to the right section if you have a mental health issue yourself.

While specifying gender and age in a dating arena is customary it's not needed here as all sorts of people have experiences they will share.
