Hi neerja I am a bit exhausted tonight after I spent the last two days chopping up firewood.I have a few years supply now.I helped my elderly neighbour put up a chook pen to today.How have you been?Enjoying the school holidays?

Hi neerja i have been ok.Yesterday I finished off my new garden with my daughter,planted it out and munched it.This morning I took my son for a blood test.He cried the poor little thing.Hopefully he won't need another one for 6 months.I am just sitting in front of the fire watching ice age 2 with my daughter.

Your garden sounds amazing! It sounds really fun to maintain a garden, but it is really hard. In my old school, everyone had to take turns to look after the school garden, it felt so nice to look after it but it was hard. Gardening teaches patience, trust, watchfulness and when you plant something and maintain a garden it provides this sense of happiness and feels like you are connected to nature.

How many years have you been doing gardening?

You know a lot about gardening, which is amazing!

How is your son doing? My younger brother had a blood test recently too.

Hopefully, they both won't need more blood tests for months.

Is Ice Age 2 good? I haven't watched it before.

Hi neerja I haven't got the blood test results yet.He needs his blood checked regularly so it is usually every 6 months unless one of the results isn't good.

I have been gardening since I could walk I think.Mum had me in the vegie garden helping her when I was so little.So over 45 years gardening.I like growing edible plants and some flowers.I still have disasters in the garden and surrises like growing my 8.3kg sweet potato.A lot of trial and error in gardening.

My daughter has her appointment with the specialist today so hopefully that goes good.

The last couple of mornings I could have gone ice skating the frost was so thick on the lawn.The day warmed up nice today now cooling down.

Wow, over 45 years of gardening! You must have a lot of experience! Wow, the 8.3kg sweet potato sounds amazing! I bet your garden looks wonderful! It is amazing to see your passion, commitment and hard work towards your garden!

Wow, that does sound like a lot of frost, that is good that it is cooling down and it is a nice warm climate.

Here, it is windy, not really weather here. My favourite season is Winter, with rain not a lot of wind.

Hi Neerja my daughter' appointment went ok.The doctor put her on another medication so we will see how that goes and if helps.

Spring use to be my favourite season as everything is coming into life in the garden.The trees that been dormant are coming into leaf,flowers are appearing and the birds are building nest.I like winter a lot now as I can sit in front of the fire and keep warm.I like shorter daylight hours to these days.

I can't see any frost tis morning but it is freezing cold again.I have put a load of washing on and after I have hung that out I will go into town to get a couple of things.

You are so right about Spring! I wish I had a fireplace, it sounds amazing. Shorter daylight hours are really good!

Hi Neerja I forgot to tell you I like your new profile picture very tranquil.I hope your maths went good.I try and help my daughter with her her homework but it is to hard for me and usually have to Google everything.

I am not sure what I will do today.I might do some gardening and I have another rose to shift but don' know where to.There was a heap of roses here when I bought the place but they had been planted in to much shade so I have been shifting them into a more sunny spot.

My daughter found Ice Age 3 and 4 so probably watch them with her as well.

I am glad that you like my profile picture 🙂 Waterfalls, nature, in general, are so calming.

I really like your profile picture, it makes me feel like I am actually at your bush-land and you took the picture yourself! Which makes it even better! I think it is magical!

Math went alright, but there were a lot of worksheets. Whenever I or my mum helps my brother we have to search for things too. The way my brother is taught things is so different from how I was taught.

Shifting roses to sunnier spots sounds really difficult and hard work.

I hope you have a good time doing it, gardening sounds really relaxing, you can just escape your reality and distract yourself with helping nature thrive and seeing the beauty of nature.

Your daughter sounds like she loves Ice Age. I have never watched it, is it good?

My brother likes superperson, The Grinch, alien and animal movies. The Grinch is his most favourite.

What movies does your daughter like?

Is she feeling better?
