I wouldn't expect actors to launch into the dialogue they had while in character for a series, film, play or anything. It's always good to hear when they are polite & kind when people meet them in public.
I've often thought being publically recognised & treated as some public figures & celebrities, musicians, sports players, & others are treated would be so awful to me - I never want to be famous.
I think that aspect of it, the expectation many people seem to share that these people can't expect to have private lives, really horrible.
I applaud John Iman & otheres for keeping their temper as well as they do.
It's okay, Moon, to take your time, & slowly get used to this new forum. I think if you continue to log in occasionally, find one or two Discussions, (like this one), & read back, using the page navigation, just one or two pages, to catch up, & then, if you want, post a bit. I imagine that will seem like quite enough for one day. Later, as you get used to that, you might stretch out & do more here again, because I predict your anxiety will ease, just coming here a little, & not pushing too hard, stopping when your anxiety needs some relief.
I think many people will understand, maybe feeling very much like you are, too.
