Hello Mr Croix..
Im just calling in to wish you well over the next couple of weeks...as well as all the other weeks..Take good care of you and be kind and gentle to you...your a very important person to me...and others...
It would have been nice if I could have teleported your fire to mine last night..and tonight..it’s minus 4...and I thought how nice it would be to sit in front of your fire...You have given me a peaceful scenario of you sitting in front of the fire with a good book and enjoying it with sumo cat...I have my own comfy favourite chair and my dogs would love sitting in front of it as well.....umm...just your fire 🔥 I’m needing...if that’s okay..☺️..
Keep warm and well wishes..dear Mr Croix..
Love and Hugs dear friend.💜.🤗🤗..oh and a big bunch of flowers 💐...because I like flowers..

Dear Grandy (with a nod to DB in case she is looking over your shoulder)~
Thank you for that, it is nothing onerous, just matters that have all my attention. As one gets older the things one can do in a day seem to get fewer.
You too have my good wishes, as always, and 'm sorry you do not have a fire like mine. It's warmth permeates the house in a way no electronic heating device can, and provides a comforting glow as well.
There is a storm outside and that just make it seem better.
Yes, I have special chair, Sumo Cat has a special furry blanket that he kneads with his two front paws before settling down.
There is an old-fashioned clock on the wall and the tick is soothing. It is however a dog-free zone, otherwise Sumo would disappear.
Yes it is a pity you do not have a similar fire, -4 is on the chilly side. I have to warm up the car of a morning noways, no burst pipes as yet:)
I can't see any flowers on my keyboard, however I have the feeling gloves might come in handy (ouch!)🧤

Dear Birdy~
Thank you for the white flag, I guess there are many times one gives away something then finds out just about straight away one needs it - I hope you are not putting yourself in that position.
I'm off-line for a few days as you probably noticed) but will be back soon

"Normal Service will be resumed as soon as possible"
This used to be a card placed on the screen when a TV station stopped transmitting a regularly schedule program (mind you we are going back to the 50's.)🎦
I've some family illness matters to come to terms with and try to cope with, so my normal service may be a bit intermittent for a while.
In the meantime here is some soothing music 🎶 for Grandy, Birdy, DB and All
If I remember correctly the music that normally accompanied such cards was a 'Waltz in the Black Forrest'.
Franky I've no idea what I'm rabbiting on about except to let you know I'm thinking of you all, am OK and still on the go

Hey there Croixy ☺
Just popping 8n to let you know you're often 8n my thoughts amidst several lovelies here.
Grandy and I are seizing the opportunity while you're not here to do more regular band practice 🎷🥁🎺🎹🎸🎧🎙🎵 but it's ok don't feel left out. Because we're good eggs just for you we're recording it and will send directly for a family broadcast to your TV one evening when you're all relaxing 😨😲😭
No need to thank me just want you to be coping ok under difficult times.
It's a glorious day gere in Paradise, rarely different, it makes you want to be out in it.
Having a walk sometime I hope today. Maybe on the beach. I'll look out for Walruses 🐧
Caio 🤗

Croix.....just popped in to let you know I scored another goal!!! How I did it, is beyond me....with other challenges I had to deal with, major decisions, feeling rotten physically and emotionally....and yet, and yet...I scored gold again!! How does one explain that?
(By the way, wasn't that musical number called A "walk" in the Black Forest?) xx

Dear Moon
Yes you are right of course, a walk it was.
There is more than one facet to your character, and some release more abilities than others, I guess that then develops feedback, a win breeds confidence breeds another win etc.
Frankly I think your bowling days are far from over, with much gold still to be gathered
