I guess you threw away your 'H's with that hat. I'm sure Doreen kept hers in at least one version.

On a happier note pets soak up love, petting and food in equal quantities, and are very flexible. A bit of your pets bedding to go with him and I"m sure he will thrive. I'm sure your motto is only the best will do when choosing accommodation (goodness I'm starting to sound like Stuart Wagstaff).

You are quite right, that change was so beautiful that we repeated it tonight, though I struggled a lot with the walking, but the wildlife gobbled down the stale bread with great enjoyment and lots of squabbling.

I was thinking about your trip to the supermarket with the Flourish members. If you could afford it you could search for some liqueur chocolates, maybe even give them one each out the packet (just one, would not wish to overdo things:) The task of looking and anticipation might help - what do you think?

Hey Croix...if you've got 'em drop 'em i say.....(names that is)...yeah, old Waggers....saw him in a couple of stage shows once...met him afterwards along with Rowena Wallace, Maggie Kirkpatrick...can't remember who else. One "name" I was delighted to meet many years ago was John Inman. "I'm Freee".from Are you Being Served? he was lovely in his pink tracksuit...and oh, too many to remember so early in the morning!

As Doreen would say or rather sing.. "Life's wotcha make it".....

Oh yes that's right...so he did!.....oh Croix there are so many more I could drop...let's see, who would be safe to mention to preserve anonymity....(probably already blown it in my own home town anyway)...um...how about Eartha Kitt? is she still alive?...what a gravelly voice she has and you know, up close, she really does look like a cat! Patrick McNee (Steed from The Avengers, I think he could be dead now too)......that'll do for now I think.

You can certainly drop names, your meetings encompass a large variety of people for whom I can see no obvious bowling connection, I guess they must have been covert bowlers.

Yes sadly they have both passed away. I remember Ms Kitt in "What's My Line" in the late 50's and of course Patrick MacNee as Major The Hon. John Wickham Gascoyne Beresford Steed MC in the early 60's. He was - and is still - exactly how I'd like to be, complete with bowler and umbrella. (I am a realistic person after all and realize I'm not going to make a very convincing Arnie).
