Hi mf. Congrats on the Makita , can't go far wrong with that one. And as Geoff said nah don't worry about the brushes they'll probably outlive you haha. the brushless one's yeah only a tradesmen would ever get the benefit because it's a lotta lotta work before you even need new brushes anyway.
Hiya sleepy , ooo no you can't just run it on the floor, they've gotta be off the ground for free air flow, they draw it in from the bottom you see and the heat comes out the top. Shame to use on your brand new heater but you could sit it on a couple of bricks or 1/2 bricks , one each end just to keep it off th floor so you can use it till the wheels come , gotta be something heat proof , or wall mount it, they work better wall mounted to actually , although l spose you can't take it to other rooms then.

Yeah it's not really laziness but l just hat cutting wood but damn , our new cheap firewood man is closed for covid now bugger . But ahwell , l enjoy getting out picking up buts so not really a biggie only a few mths to go. Got the other hater up and running now so l', getting a nice firewood break haha.
Did you break a rib man , sorry to hear it, makes moving about or lifting hurt doesn't it. Don't really have any tips except try not to do things that hurt haha. Mine still hurt if l do the wrong things after 20yrs but l know what'll set it off so l do things in the way that won't.
