Hey Rebecca,
Welcome to the forums and I am sorry that you are feeling the way you are at present, however, pain is temporary and things will get better. Better days are always ahead!
I can tell you are extremely caring, loving and intellectual and these are amazing traits to have. You have a lot of life left to live and pain is temporary.
It will get better.
Nick.

Hi RebeccaL,
Sorry that so much has happened these past couple of years to you. I've lost loved ones too through the years and pets. You go through so many different emotions and there's no right or wrong way to grieve. I think it's really important to have people with you and around you for support.
Just to let you know you can get through those earth shattering feelings and emotions. It can be really hard and I hope you can process it through talking to someone, writing it down in a journal or in a way that's unique to you.
You can always write in here as well if you feel comfortable.
Love MM

Hi Rebecca,
I'm so sorry for your loss. It's awful when they all happen at once. This past year our family lost 3 grandparents and our beloved dog. It's very normal to be angry when going through this.
I wish I had an answer for you. I know that professionals tell us that grief is a process and time heals. But often that doesn't feel true.
Can I ask if you have spoken to your GP about how you have been feeling? He won't be able to make it better, but it's important to have supportive people around you. He might also be able to refer you to a psychologist or councillor under a mental health plan. It can really help to have someone to talk through these feelings with.
Here to talk if you want to.
