Does anyone else experience uncontrollable emotions? For eg crying and you can’t stop ?
this is happening to me and I can’t stop crying when something minor happens. I see it as a sign that bigger badder things are on the way.

I’m going through crying uncontrollable at moment over a break up and I can’t let go.
But sometimes we need to cry even if it is something so minor because to you and myself it’s not minor.
