I am also tired of having to hide it. Especially with work.
I can't afford to loose my job but I can't say what's really going on.
I am scared and unsure of what to do. I have lost jobs because of my mental health being so up and down.
I have no one to talk about it to.

I’m so sorry to hear this truetomyself, i really believe you would benefit from seeing a doctor now….. your symptoms need treatment………
How would you feel about calling a ambulance yourself?
I know it’s really hard but once you see the correct people for treatment the quicker you can start to recover….
we are here for you
please hang in there and seek help even if you have to be brave and do this yourself…. You can, there are people who can help you

Sorry to hear that you are struggling so much lately, not able to get out of bed, panic attacks, not being understood and needing a welfare check today. It must be so difficult to need support and to have loved ones not understand where you are coming from. We have contacted you privately to offer you support.
We would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 1pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport One of our friendly counsellors will be able to talk through these feelings with you and can offer support, advice and referrals.
You are not alone and we are all here to support you.
