Got the whole “feels like I can’t breathe properly thing going on. Sucks so bad.
been trying to sleep since 2am and it’s now half past 5am. Grrrrrrrr. Laying here huffing and puffing.
anyone else get this regularly?

Exactly how I'm feeling right now short of breath when I try sleep like I'm not breathing at all been having anxiety 24/7 for the past week it's draining me

Very feel like I'm dying or something just wish this anxiety would go been on medication for the past 5 days feel like it's making me worse

Well hello 6am.
You would be absolutely correct to say something like ‘hey if there was actually something wrong with your breathing you would have dropped dead 4 hours ago!’ And I would totally agree with you too.
but here I am. 4 hours later. Still feeling like something is wrong. Grrr......

I have had anxiety disorder and panic for 24 years now. I have been agoraphobic for over half of that time. Including being pretty much housebound for 10 years. I have always gotten by on whatever sleep I could get. But the last 3 months, and the last month especially, I have been sleeping a whole hellofalot. Being awake for 3 hours straight is a good effort lol. Pretty much the only time I am not likely to fall asleep is when I am trying to get my sleep pattern sorted and lay in bed feeling like I can’t breathe properly for 8 hours, the 8 hours I should be sleeping. Soooo annoying I tell ya. My anxiety about this is getting worse. Started thinking there is something physically wrong with my cardio system etc. I have always been the kind of person who could get sleep when needed and get by all day on just a couple hours. It’s worrying me.
