Hi Xu1,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for sharing something so personal.
I tend to get social anxiety (SA), with it something I've learnt to control. Yet in the past it controlled me. Does your SA have control over you? Or do you have control over it? If it has control over you, talking to your GP or mental health professional would be a great first step, they could recommend courses, techniques or even medication. What helped me was seeing a psychologist and almost two years of solid meditation, also mental strength techniques where I learn to ignore it.
What have you been doing to over come it? What are your thoughts?
Regards,
CC

I also saw a psychiatrist and did group therapy for OCD.... my gp also put me on a antidepressant for my anxiety.....
